Horse sim game-I need your opinion

I am planning on creating a horse game. It is going to be a 3D game with porperties and a town, etc. Please let me know what you would want to have in the game, here is what I have come up with so far:

Individual properties, with an office, barn, pasture, tack making area, and arena
Town hall with shops, social areas, and competition area
Real genetics with real colors and possibly some genetic diseases
Possible live competition once the game gets big enough
All recognized breeds
All types of competition
Training on virtual courses, actually being able to do a jump course, etc
5 levels of ability for rider and horse, competitions will be based on one level or the other
Fixed percentage for stamina, speed, etc. however there will be a bonus that will be improved with training for all traits
Breeding horses, this is where the genetics will really come in
Lessons from trainers, probly from paid members
Boarding, also from paid members
Paid member status that will allow players to expand their estate with more arenas, more barns, pastures, private training areas
Auction arena
Retirement farm for you to visit the retired horses
Champion statuses

Also I am thinking about adding more animals once I can get the game up and running.

Please let me know what you think, if there is anything I should change, add, remove, etc.

what i think you should have is : you can enter competitions and with the rosettes you win you can buy things in the tack shops with the ribbons!!

It sounds like it will be a really neat game. I used to play a horse sim game and the person who ran it well, to put it plainly was very rude and hostile toward players. I'm sure you would never treat your members this way. Good luck in getting you're game going! :)

Sounds great! Here are my suggestions, I guess:

Being able to create your rider with clothing, body, etc.
Being able to create your own horses gender, color, names, etc.!!!
Having riding lessons!

I would like a game that isn't like Howrse, ShowHorse, e-equine, etc. I want a really good one! lol. But whatever you can do, I'll play!!!!!!!!! Thanks! 8)
