I hate it when you are late to something once and everyone forgets about all the times you haven't been late, and in fact constantly made sure you were there at least 15 minutes ahead of when you needed to be there.
And I hate it when they don't believe you when you tell what happened when they ask you what happened to make you late. And then give you a harsher punishment than everyone else, even those older than you, who have committed the same wrongdoing, even though it's only your first infraction. And you really don't need punishment from everybody else because you're already mentally punishing yourself about it already because it shouldn't have happened in the first place. It was something out of your control.
I also hate it when you get into trouble for not knowing a piece of information that was said to have been sent to you in an email but you never received the document, resulting in you being accused of being lazy and in violation of integrity.
Sorry, that was a little bit of a rant. Kudos if you understood any of that.
