You may be right, as I've seen the coats on collies! I thought my newfie mix was hairy.....well he was actually! LOL!

LOL! I vaccuumed a whole puppy off of him! I wonder if my cat will let me vaccuum her? I'd do my hound but I think he'd have a heart attack if I came near him with it.... Oh gosh... Maybe I am crazy?

I vacuum my dog (and horses) and even though I have shorthairs, they still shed something awful. Dell and his darn ticking, little white hairs everywhere.

Actually... the short hairs can be worse. Flash has these tiny white eyelash type sheddings... SO hard to pick up!

Very true FP. My great dane was like that, and even after he had passed, I was still finding his hair for months!

That's exactly what Dell's hair is like, little white eyelashes. It's awful!

Yes those short hairs are like little bristles. Very pokey!
