Crazy X 2

I rode Sheena bareback, which never ends well...she went all racehorse on me.
I rode Johnny bareback also. His first time being ridden in about 2 1/2 weeks. Le's just say he was very fresh.

I was a dreamer
Before you went and let me down.

didn't ride today but on Tuesday...

BO-RING!!

The arena's ice, slush and snow. I walked around and slow trotted where there wasn't ice. Pretty much a useless ride.

Non-existent.

Wet, and at a BBQ for aussie day.

There is one principle that should never be abandoned, namely, that the rider must first learn to control himself before he can control his horse. This is the basic, most important principle to be preserved in equitation - Alois Podhajsky

Sloshy!

Rain, rain, go away!!

When riding my horse I no longer have my heart in my chest, but between my knees.

Challenging

He just would not behave today. First plowing the leg yields (he wasn't letting ME 'drive') and then he was tossing his head and stomping his feet instead of cantering. We ended well but man I'm sore!

Relief. 4 days, 4 rides and Woodstock not only looks sound, he feels sound. Such a battle after his tendon tear, it's an enormous weight off my shoulders.

Rollercoaster.

Started out on an up beat swing, then went down, then back up and then way down..... ugh.

I hate trying to learn how to canter - nicely.
