Great!

Well, yesterdays ride. Very responsive and listening well.

Horrifying.

(the 7th, not today. Haven't been out..)

I gripped onto my horse's neck as a way not to eat dirt and get trampled. I've never felt so close to him.. I could feel his heart pounding and feel his muscles twitching. Came off and had trouble breathing.. had to inhale via inhaler which I haven't done in over 4 years!

Fun!

Got back in the saddle for the first time in a month, got to ride out a mini bucking fit from Indie before things smoothed out and our hill work went wonderfully. ^_^

Awesome.

Rode for three hrs in a lesson on a shetland this morning and fell off when he spooked. Best time ever.

Interesting.

One minute Grace was all lazy, and then I brought her on the snow and KAPOW! She's a wild thing! Glad, though in a way; I had really been worrying about her laziness.

Haven't ridden yet today, but yesterday's ride?
...interesting.
I was riding with my friend and her lazy horse and we were practicing for a gymkhana (which is inin 35 hours. Just sayin) and her horse was being a butthead and wouldn't canter or anything so I had to make a deep heartfilled speech about how when I first started leasing how frustrated I got and that we got threw it blah blah blah because my friend was bawling her eyes out at hr horse....it worked...but then I got on her horse to teach him and I had a crop so I got on and said "move butthead" and smacked him hard with a crop and he's like "oookay maybe I should just listen?" Lol and then I went back to my pony and we did a few great barrel runs and and pole bends and stake races and pole turns and mostly had a great ride!
