ICY!!!! I had to salt the pathway from the paddock to the arena. Almost landed on my butt a few times. Horse had no problem negioating it, 'course was after I salted it, such a showoff!

^ That is the word for my ride. With a good spook, scary jumps, the monster corner, and the devil pony within came for a visit all in one ride.

Amazing.

I rode him yesterday and today.. both days he was very responsive, listened well and didn't spook or cause issues. I lunged him at the canter and he picked it up beautifully and kept it all on his own. Once he gets that down and feels comfortable in his own skin cantering, then he'll be good to go under saddle..

6 days, I'm already tearing up !

Oh yes. I swear that pony was a cow pony in a previous life or something. I have never ridden a pony that can duck away from the second jump in a bounce like that.

Incredible.

I have been so busy for the past two weeks I had'nt had time to see Pie. This horse never ceases to amaze me when he was a perfect angel under saddle, without being worked with for 2 weeks. It just made me very thankful for what I have!
