Depends on what you classify as "posting". My butt doesn't actually leave my horse's back but it's the same movement. I find it easier to just sit the trot though, honestly.

Ever "fooled around" with a boy you don't actually care about, just because it made you feel powerful to be so in control of him in that moment?
