That's a really hard question...
My Mum and I went to the dog pound one time to get two dogs, one for me, one for Mum. My Mum chose a little terrier that she was in love with from the internet and I was allowed to choose a medium sized dog... I had always wanted a husky and there was the most beautiful red Siberian Husky with the friendliest nature and my Mum said she was too big. I honestly wish that I pestered her to get the husky, but I found my dream dog anyway - a border collie cross kelpie that I called Bella (Beautiful) but I still regret not jumping on the chance to get a husky...but I don't hold it against my mum for saying no because she was a large dog so it might not be exactly what you were asking, but its the best I've got lol :)

I'm going to take this opportunity to share a photo of my BellaAttachment 54828

Okay.. truth for Manwathiel....

Have you ever done something really embarrassing in front of someone you wanted to impress, on horseback or otherwise?

Umm... Several times but the only ones I can think of right now are: 1. When I was riding my bike home from school one day, and I went to go hop up onto the curb of the sidewalk and my book bag swung forward and got caught in the tire making me hit the curb instead of jumping it. So I went flying over my handle bars and landed really hard on the side walk, right in front of where my crush was standing... He couldn't stop laughing once I stood up and shrugged at him with this awkward smile... =/
2. The other time was when I was walking home with one of my friends and I had to stop and tie my shoe. So she kept walking, and by the time I finished she was quite far ahead. while I had been tying my shoe the same guy as above rode by on his bike. So I started to jog to catch up with my friend, but I slipped in a patch of mud and ended up taking out my crush's bike and he fell on top of me. After he got up and pulled his bike off of me, we were both completely covered in mud. I apologized and walked the rest of the way to catch up and my friend goes "You did that on purpose!"
