Cream cheese... with some good crusty and fragrant bread

WYR restore a nice old house (it would take a lot of work) with a lot of charm in a good neighbourhood but with steep paddocks and lousy weather OR buy a new house that needs no work and has nice flat land and maybe better weather (but you don't know anybody in the neighbourhood)?

Show me your horse, and I will tell you who you are.

Zebra, I think, even though I've heard they have horrid personalities.

Barrel race or jump a trained riding steer? (obviously not professionally. XD)
