I bought a no name saddle from Greenhawk. It was only 99.00 and it's a gorgeous looking saddle, it's darker. It's been oiled. Fits my butt. However, it's mean't for a wider horse then the ones I ride. I even bought leathers and stirrups for it. I really should sell it.

I also have bridles I've never used and saddle pads. Even when I wasn't riding, I've bought stuff the past few years knowing I would eventually get back to them.

every time I go to the saddlery....most recently? Yesterday....came home with some stocking stuffers...4 bottles of offensively named hand sanitizers. Not sure who's crazier...my saddlery manager for stocking them, or me for paying for them xP

5 halters for my mare.. haha all with matching leads

7 saddle pads.. (though I do use all of them!)

A slow feed hay net, I tend to not use hay nets, I'd rather her eat off the ground, more natural jaw movement.

Saddle pads. I have way to many, but I did get most of them at tack sales, so at least I didn't pay full price?

I also have 4 saddles, 3 of which are not being used. In my defense, the three were free and perfectly functional, and I am trying to sell them.

I bought horse-sized reins when I used to lease a pony, but they came in useful once I started with Hunter, until she broke them on monday.

I got a stable blanket, but all the horses i've leased have been pasture kept and it was free.

And there's probably more that I can't remember! I guess most of my things are just stuff I got that I don't need and knew I wouldn't need when getting, but it's hard to say no to free tack!

I already owned 9 horse halters but I just had to by one more blue one. Now I regret it because I don't even use it and all it does is collect dirt and dust!

I have horse makeup for greys and blacks... and I haven't owned a grey in nearly 3 years, nor do I have the intention of owning one again. I was given the makeup 2-ish years ago. I had a buckskin and a bay. I now have a chestnut.

As far as I'm concerned, nobody can have too many halters, leads, or rugs. But that might just be because my filly is a rug wrecker and sets back when tied.

I have millions of bits that I don't use, that have been used once or even not at all. Rugs that don't fit my horse, jumping boots [she's 3... not going to jump for a while yet], I nearly bought a false tail just didn't have the $200 it would have cost... I am shocking!

For myself I'm not entirely sure... Probably the Slick N Easy shedding block (SLICK'N EASY (BLOCK) 35G - Shedding - Grooming) all because I saw it in a youtube video and just HAD to know if it really works (it does!).
Also got my friend a pink riding crop for this coming Christmas... Because it was 5 bucks.

Bridles. I have this weird obsession with buying bridles. I only own two horses and probably own about seven bridles. Considering I only bought my second horse a month ago that means I had six bridles for one horse.

Why do I ride horses? Because I look at my horse, and see my hopes and my dreams.

Hmmm, I have one horse and 5 saddles. Yep, that about covers it.

Lost count of how many halters I have too...some with the tag still attached! I'm a sucker for Buy One Get One Free...especially when you can choose different colors.
Saddle pads too....
