Someone that needs you to validate their beliefs and therefore their own existence has a very low self esteem. Nothing you like or share on Facebook is going to change that.
In fact the more you do it and allow her to emotionally blackmail you the longer she will continue to " share" this stuff with you.
Set some boundaries in this and all your friendships.
Some people may not like them and may push those boundaries but if they refuse to accept them it shows you that they do not respect you.
Without respect from them this sounds like a one sided relationship. Shalom

Sharing pictures of abused animals on Facebook doesn't do much to actually help the problem. I never share stuff. I'm hardly on Facebook to begin with. The only reason I go on at all is because my friends apparently don't know how to use regular E-mail and it's the only way I can keep in touch with them aside from phone calls.

Just unfriend her and be done with it. She's obnoxious and pushy. Maybe she'll get the message eventually if people stop putting up with her.

So very true! I rarely go to FB, and mostly for just same reason.

You can remove her posts from your newsfeed my going to her profile and selecting the friends button at the top of the profile.

I had to do that to someone who was always negative, swearing, and bad-mouthing anyone who "wronged" him, even though it was his own stupid fault. I used to friend everyone I ever knew, but after an ex-coworker of mine started drama on my Facebook with her BFF, I deleted all but those who I actually am close to and care about or connected with in some way that I know are harmless - I called them "low risk" friends. I have no room for drama in my life, and honestly, I'm not going to be friends with people who don't care about what I say.
