Sounds like a bitter spirit around. Like I said talk to it. It just might want to be acknowledged. Its better that way. Spirits can attach to anything and turn into poltergeist so its sometimes best to try. Especially if you see the face again. You might be surprised that it might disappear for good since its not scaring you it might feel insignificant. Sounds weird I know but its worth a try.
And did I mention it's 4:13. I am going to have to try to sleep if I can't I'll go downstairs and watch a movie or something.
Susan, I love Ghost Adventures on TV (when I get to watch it...I don't have TV, so I only get to watch it when I babysit for my friend/landlady).
Part of the reason I don't think whatever it is followed me home is that my dog is extremely sensitive to things not being...right...and he hasn't alerted me to any differences in the apartment or anything. So, my fear at home is simply my imagination, my fear of the dark (thanks to my mean older brothers), and the fact that I have a very large window right next to my bed that has no blinds or anything, so I constantly feel like I'm being watched anyway. Lol
Just posting, because I'm purely wasting time of not studying.
I use to have horrible sleep issues - until I ditched my laptop late at night. It wasn't there, I didn't think about it. I had time to wind down and step away from my school work. I'd read a book, or something like that. In saying this, I also started doing tonnes more exercise and by nine-thirty I'm something like 'Neeeeeed slee-' * falls asleep *
