Another Tattoo Decision Poll!

so to start off sorry i havnt gotten pictures of my new tattoos (the one that was voted on previously and another i have now)
but for having trouble trying to decide which font to get.

what i am getting is CASTLE in SOME kind of script around my wrist. so heres the choices

Next Tattoo.png

the first one i really like it seems very smooth and flowing to me but it is also kind of thick so i dont know how well it would turn out on my wrist.

the 2nd is probably the best choice readability wise but it also seems sort of cluttered.

and i really like the 3rd as well. i want to incorporate both my mother, who is really into calligraphy (sp?) and my father who gave my the name Castle lol and the last seems the most relative to them both but im just not sure. so ill leave it up to the voting experts!

*Insert something witty*

I would do a thinner version of the first one. The second just looks like a jumbled mess, and the third could very easily turn into a mess. But hey, everyone has an opinion. :)

Good shops can also do custom text. I agree that the second one looks like a mess and wouldn't look very nice very fast. My husband has script on his wrist and it was his most painful tattoo. Just don't get it so big that a watch won't cover it for a job, if that matters.

I'd go the second, but if you can get it done with only the first word capitalised - that will make it a lot less cluttered and easier to read My partner has his daughter's and sister's names in that font on his neck, looks really nice. Edwardian Script, I believe?

Can I cast a vote for "none of the above"?
AQHA13, WickedNag and Cacowgirl like this.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Gets my vote, I don't like any of them, but 1 is the least worst!

I'm along the lines of none, but like Evil said, maybe the 2nd but just the C capitalized and the rest lower. The other two are just so thick and when something is on your wrist I'm of the opinion that it doesn't need to just jump off your skin at someone. Have you gone into a shop and seen what they recommend for fonts on the wrist?

The 2nd one isn't readable, & it needs to be small so it can be covered. A nurse in a DR.s office had to bandage over hers every day, as that was thier requirements. No visible tats.

I hate to be a poo-poo head, but I dont' like any of them. I dislike the use of all caps. It's hard to read. Do you want it to be readable? Don't use all caps, don't do a vertical stacking and don't do perfectly even spacing between letters.

may I ask why "Castle"?

Tiny-OP said that was a name from her father.
