    Trained
I go a few times a week. On easy exercise days I do the curves circuit with Zumba in between. Once I finish the last few classes of my degree I am going to do the instructor training too!

Whoo hoo! Love it here - I go three times a week and a toning class. TOO MUCH FUN! I lost 10 lbs since january! Our instructor KILLS us. The only other music type she'll use other than the required latin music is hip hop and we sweat like crazy. I wanna be like her...........

My work has set up a class for us working students so I go once a week. Love it, it's really loosened up my back and I'm getting fitter.
