Smile Anybody an expert on chicken breeds?

So, 3 weeks ago we recieved day-old baby chicks and have been raising them. They are now quite large. We have RIH's, Barred Rocks, Black Australorps, Light Brahmas, and Araucanas. Their breeds are all easily identified except three especially large babies. They are easily the biggest of the bunch and are a classic yellow color. They have already gotten about half of their adult feathers, and those are yellow too. They're also the friendliest of the bunch-they run over whenever I come near and jump in my hand if I put it in their brooder. Anyway, I'm really curious what breed these guys are. So here are the traits again:
-very large
-very friendly
-very yellow, even adult feathers @ 3 weeks old
Any ideas?

It sounds like Buff Orpingtons or Buff Rocks. We had these guys once but I can't remember which one, they look alike. :)

Do they have feathers on their feet? If so they might be Buff Cochins.

This is where we get our chickens and it might help you decipher which ones you have. :)

I agree, they sound like Buff Orps. They are very friendly and very docile, popular with backyard chicken owners. Here's a photo of one of ours, at approx the same age.
