    Oh cool aussies at least
How are you guys going on the hay and chaff front?! We having a shortage here. Lucky for me I have connections for hay so been really nice to those boys.
Prices have sky rocketed chaff is about $10ish more a bag, bales of hay like $10.

We don't really have a shortage in hay bales, just a shortage in decent hay, not the rubbishy stuff that the horses don't eat! We are paying $17 a bale and they deliver :) The feed place around the corner from us is charging $20 a bale, pick up only!

No shortage as yet, but prices are still highish.

$20 for chaff and between $13 and $17 for hay but it's really good at the moment.

Normally in Summer in Victoria, most of the time all over Australia, the price for hay goes through the roof! And it doesn't help the farmers when we are in the middle of a drought...
