Anyone else out there double-jointed?

I know lots of people are double-jointed, I was just wondering where you were and if it causes any problems. My thumbs and ankles are double-jointed and it doesn't cause many problems, except for if I have to cut something really thick and I put a lot of pressure in my thumb, it pops outta place. Or when I'm posting, my right ankle pops in and out constantly and is painful and sore by the time I'm done.

My thumbs are. It usually doesn't bother me, but I had a heck of a time learning Virbrato on my violin without my thumb collapsing!

I am double jointed in my thumbs too and my legs and my arms. A lot of people (friends and family) think it's gross but I can pop my thumbs out of place and put them back in place. Can move my arm weirdly (i'd have to get it on video to understand it).

I've never had a problem with it though

I'm double jointed in my elbows. They bend the opposite way and I can pop them like I do my fingers. It used to be really painful but it was kind of a chronic thing that I couldn't help. Sometimes I worry that it will cause serious damage some day. Oh well. If I am ever leaning on my hands I don't notice it, but it has been known to really freak some people out.
