Is anyone interested in testing our new horse search feature once it's ready?

    Hi guys,

Is anyone interested in testing our new horse search feature once it's ready? Please let me know if you're interested, and if so we may ask you to try it out once it's ready to make sure it's working before we enable it for everyone.

    Thanks!

Not quite sure what testing it would entail, but I'm willing to give it a shot, haha.

    Hi guys,

Thank you again for volunteering to test out the enhancements to our Horses feature! It should now be available to those of you who expressed interest in helping us test it out at Horses - Browse horses and horses for sale.

Please perform a number of searches based on geography, breed, color, gender, height, markings, and various combinations of each, and let us know if it's working properly for you.

Please also let me know what you think of the way it looks and whether you found it easy to use.

Please provide as much detail as you can.

There are a number of horse profiles that still need to be migrated from the old system to the new one so that they will appear in search results, but there should be enough to allow you to test it out.

    Thanks, guys!

I didn't see anything about eye color, maybe add in something so we can search for gold or blue eyes? Maybe even different variations of Paint and Appy markings.

ETA: Maybe when we edit out horses, under the "activities", there's a discipline box and we can select things like "trail riding" or "vaulting", etc, and then search for it. So if I wanted to search eventers, I could just select the eventing box and they would all come up.
