Thanks, it's quite bad, and it's sitting directly on the middle of my back. (I've gotten quite used to sleeping on my stomach.) I've been finding the Aloe gel isn't helping very much, but I've been showering with baby oil and applying body moisturizer frequently. Ibuprofen is my friend! Anyways, thanks for the tips, I'm going to go have a glass of water now :)

Obvious a bit late for this advise but please be careful! All it takes is one or two nasty sunburns to dramatically increase the risk of getting melanoma (skin cancer) later on in life and that's not even including frequent tanning.
