Anyone work/ed at Dairy Queen?

I just got a call from a potential employer, but the thing is I applied on Craigslist via e-mail and wasn't aware that the position was at DQ.. I'm not 100% sure if I want to go for it.

The position is "Cake Decorator", what do they do? Do they just decorate cakes or do they work tills/make food as well?

Is Dairy Queen a good company to work for?
I know it's obviously different depending on the location, but I'd love to get a general idea before I go in there.
