Appreciation for Mothers Thread!

With Mother's Day coming up, I found this video on youtube.com and really like its message. I would not be where I am today if it weren't for my mother, she is amazing to me! One day a year, does not do justice, for adequate appreciation for what she has done. Don't forget to let your mothers know your gratefulness for what they have done.

When you are sitting a top a horse, you are that much closer to God.

I love my mother so much! I have no idea and do not like to think of where I would be without her! :)

I found a lovely selection of quotes about mothers from this website and here are a select few that I love.

I love my mother as the trees love water and sunshine - she helps me grow, prosper, and reach great heights. ~Terri Guillemets

A mother is a person who seeing there are only four pieces of pie for five people, promptly announces she never did care for pie. ~Tenneva Jordan

Sweater, n.: garment worn by child when its mother is feeling chilly. ~Ambrose Bierce

Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work. ~Thomas Edison
