I'm going into tenth grade this year. Thankfully my school starts in September, not sure which day though! Just got my "tentative" schedule and I'm eagerly awaiting for the final one which includes all your teachers.

Bummer barrel, get those chores done double time and maybe you could sweet talk him into letting you ride. Good luck to all of you going back to school!

The feedback on second grade goes like this. She walked in the house Wednesday after school and before I could even ask how her day was, she was yelling "MOM - Second grade is AWESOME!" I'm pretty sure it's awesome because she is sitting next to her best friend. She will likely not think it's so awesome after they get in trouble the first time and I ask her teacher to separate them

Life is like a camera. Focus on what's important, Capture the good times, Develop from the negatives and if things don't work out, Take another shot.

I can't wait for my kids to go back to school! They are driving me crazy; the twins won't stop arguing or asking 10 billion questions. I am a bit sad to see my 5 year old son head off to kindergarten.

Ahhh! I got my schedule and it's not great. I went on ratemyteacher.com, and while half of my teachers have very negative ratings, the rest are new and so I don't know if they'll be any good.
:OOOO Darn it, darn it, darn it... ><

Gosh I miss grade school... twas so much fun, so carefree, so... STRESSFREE!

A ride a day keeps the worries away!

Bad luck! Hopefully the new teachers will be good and the negative ratings will be wrong :).

My kiddos haven't started school yet. Here they start after Labor Day. But my daughter is starting a private school and she is going into 6th grade. MIDDLE SCHOOL!!!!!! I am freaking out a little...ok, a lot. I'm super excited for her though and the school is absolutely amazing.

My little man is starting 3rd grade and he is staying at his public school because we felt changing him after only having moved here a year ago would be had for him. I just hope he gets a good teacher and has good friends in his class. There is nothing worse for a parent then having their child go to school and hate every minute.
