I am sending you every bit of good luck that I have (not much but better than nothing) and saying a prayer for you. If I understood you correctly, I think we share a birthday.....the 28th? I will have a drink for for you too as long as I don't get snowed in and can go out. :) Good luck and let us know, we are all pulling for you.

Snowed in? In Texas? Does that happen down there?

Surgery went well. Rough waking up to it but the worst is now done and over with.
    Thanks everyone!

That's great. I am glad everything went well. Hopefully this will mean no more pain for you. And I will still have that drink for you but at this point, it may just be a cup of hot cocoa.

And yes northernmama, snowed in. It is 12:40 in the morning, we have about 10 inches on the ground and it is still coming down in near blizzard conditions. With the 30 or 40 mph wind, there are some drifts several feet deep. This is more snow than I have seen in 10 years. Thankfully I am off work until Monday so I can just stay home and be lazy. LOL

Wish I could get some pix but it is 46 degrees right now and has all melted off except the really deep drifts. My camera is at my Dad's anyway but my Mom got some pix of her area. I will see if she will loan me some. :)
