being suportive when I don't want to be

Thanks everybody, it really does help!

Big hugs. Two years ago after 15 years we were finally where my husband would be going on days after 24 hour shifts for all of our marriage. Well, some really nasty stuff happened and that got floored and so we are still at him working 24 on 48 off and then picking up 12 hour shifts in between with an ambulance service. I guess what I'm saying is I feel your pain. All these many years later I am like you, I want him near me always, so I am not a fan of his job. Just keep up the faith that he will get back to days. Huge hugs and kudos on being a supportive wifey.
