Oh my god, I HATE Best Buy.. and Future Shop! I refuse to buy anything from either (they are owned by the same company... have all the same stuff and the same prices). A few times Future Shop has put out deals on their site, so you print it off and go in to buy it and they tell you the sale is over, and you have doctored the date! Like.. wth.
Yup... never buying from those places ever again.

YUCK!!!! I don't shop at Best Buy anyway, so this is yet another reason for me not to start. Thanks so much for the heads up!

It's really sad to see how cheap and ridiculous they get over simple things. I have also found that they are so expensive with a lot of their stuff it's not even worth going there. I can only see them going down the drain.

A friend of mine was in Best Buy just after Chrismas when everyone was returning things they didn't want. Two guys came in with a huge TV and were battling with customer service. They finally go so fed up they dropped the TV face-first onto the floor (it shattered) and walked out.
So far I've had good experiences with Best Buy, but I know many people who haven't been so lucky, so whenever I go there I'm very cautious.
