Gah! I have some bug eating bird raising babies in my gazebo, stupid thing is pooping all over my new patio furniture! (I'm too kind hearted to disturb her so I'm moving the furniture, GAH!!!!! DH thinks I'm a loon.)

I'm hanging an owl in there when she's done!

I love them too and it seems like there is fifty-million of them in my back yard lol. Oh no! I was considering moving the nest because it is so vulnerable in that tree but I would feel too bad about it lol so we'll see what happens :P When I get home today I'll take more pictures and check and see if there are any eggs!

So today I checked on the nest and look what I found! Does anyone know how long it takes them to hatch? These were laid either yesterday or the day before

Us too!

We have had mocking birds singing to us for a long time. Then he went quite and went to build a nest with his new wife and then went on watch duty. The nest is only a few feet from our upper porch but very well hidden. 2 new ones hatched today but can not get a photo.

Perhaps when they venture outside the nest I can get some.

I was close, it's 11 to 13 days, they will be raised in 14 more so the whole thing only takes about 25 days!
Wow!
