In years past I have said the same thing; the big crowds, crabby people and early hours aren't for me, but I am going to rough it out this year. I've got a few things on my list that are a pretty good deal, enough of a deal for me to get up at 330 am. Lol

Until recently I have worked the midnight shift. So, on my "day" off, where would I go? Most Walmarts are open 24/7, or they are during the shopping season. I LOVE being one of ten people in a Super Walmart.

Those super duper sales they advertise on Black Friday? There is plenty left after midnight..... no need to deal with the crowds.

Walmart is one of the few retailers doing well. You may not see crazy sales... until a couple weeks before Christmas. They still have 5 weeks to panic. ElsewhereI be you'll see deep discounts on things that are not necessities.

We always go

Khols at 5:00
Target at 6:00
Office Max at 7:00
Old Navy at 7:00

...then we always hit the shoe store for some great deals!!

I go the horse auction every black friday.
There's a HUGE sale full of riding/driving horses, riding/driving ponies, drafts, tons of tack, and lots of other horsie stuff. :)
Everything's dirt cheap, so I always come home with a car full of junk.
Sometimes a horse or two...

There's actually an auction held every Friday, but the big ones are black Friday and the Friday before Easter.
