If you want straight protein, you can eat egg whites. Its actually pretty good with salt and pepper.

Also try not to eat white bread, white bread is basically bread that has all teh good stuff taken out. Wheat bread is healthy for you.

Meat products offer the best protien.. heck peanutbutter has a good ammount of protein.

I had a friend in high school that pretty much starved herself (she too thought she was eating enough) and became a twig. Then she started eating normally again (because no one can keep up eating just a little bit in a day and live) and she gained it all back plus some..It really does happen!

I'm going to be eating a bit more. I honestly had no idea I was eating so little.

I'm going to have some eggs this morning.

Oh... and Brandon... I haven't had bread of any kind since April or May.
