The case of the incredible shrinking woman

Who is nearly half the woman she was, ans now living twice the life that she did!!

And that woman is me, and I am darn proud, pleased and even shocked at myself. I'm posting this because

a) I want to boast and show off, which is not always a good thing, but I hope you understand why I feel like that.

b) I hope that there are more people who can look at this and think "If she can, I know I can" and then they will give it a try.

So without further ado, watch this....

Here is the story, in Feb 2008 I quit smoking, a 35 year, pack a day habit was
kicked into touch. While I felt the benefits of stopping I suffered from adding
to an already big weight problem. I tried several times to lose the weight, but
it wouldn't shift.

In the winter 2008/9 I hit a real low point, and in desperation I started
looking into lap band surgery, thinking that this would be the only way I would
ever win the fat battle.

In the course of my research I found Medifast

Because people were using MF both before surgery to prepare, and after surgery
to manage the weight loss. So in a flash of inspiration I thought, why not cut
out the surgery option, and just try the diet. So on the 1 year anniversary of
quitting smoking I started on the MF diet, with a promise of sticking it for 1
month, and seeing how it went. Well an 11 pound loss in the first week made me a
believer, and the rest is history.

I'm not here to promote the product, but just simply to say it worked for me.
I'm more than happy to share anything that you want to know, either on the board
or by pm. All I can say is, at last I realise that the only person who can fix
'addictions' is the person inside you, but it helps if you find the right tools,
and have the right support. It also helps when you actually get that stopping
smoking or dieting is a REWARD for being a good person, and that you desrve to
be good to yourself. All to often in the past I've seen it as a punishment, and
that never works for long LOL.

DH wants to know if there is a similar product to fix my horse and tack

OH and one more thing, I bought these on Saturday, half price, in a sale, and they fit, it doesn't get any better than that

Awesome Job!! You look AMAZING! :))

Horses are scared of two things... Things that move and things that don't.

Wow... I'm proud of you and it that you've managed to found that great attitude and lose weight due to it.

Way to go! Hopefully your example help also others who're fighting with their weight.
