I got two little chickadees yesterday.....the came from my nanas chook/s (her frizzle in fact I think)

They are little and cute! Both black with a white/yellow bum and one of them has white in his or her wings

Ones my brothers and ones mine...

I got the youngest one (3 days old)......i named it magpi. He is the one who is all black/grey cept his bumble

They are living in a box with a light in a pot to keep them warm. (the light is covered but the warmth goes out through the pot making it warm)

When I was a child my dad milked cows. We each had a "pet" cow, mine was Moe. She got sent to the butcher. Forever after it seemed, my two mean sisters would tell me I was eatting Moe every time we had beef. I would wail and cry
I've only butchered one of my chickens. Shirley the hen got attacked by one of my dogs and injured bad enough we had no choice. I ate her but I didn't enjoy it
