To my reaction with out researching my self *facepalm* on the states who is been silly to hiring company's out side of the US. Most of all China! I do not have any issue with china but the money was ment to build US jobs. In honest that statesman there saying they tried hard to make sure is US worker is just rubbish.

Next I want to know is US immigration going to allow this. I mean they really have to prove they can not find enough US worker to do the job.

MM, you are behind! I've read about it several months ago, and personally I find it appalling given the economy situation and the unemployment rate. I also wonder how "cheaper" will come into "quality".
