What about a really nice pocket knife (from a proper knife store) and/or a good pair of gloves?

My cousin is the same way I asked him what he wanted for Christmas and all I got was "golf stuff"....k. What KIND of golf stuff? Shirts? Balls? Tees? *sigh* maybe I'll ask his girlfriend for ideas, hopefully he's not like your boyfriend with "all I need it you"

Tell me, doesn't all that 'All I need is you.' stuff just get on your nerves after awhile?? When I wouldn't quit pestering I was told 'Then MAKE me something, you don't need to buy something, I want something that comes from your heart.'

Make something? In my SPARE time? Really? I'd have to pay someone to make something, haha.

So, anyhow, I settled on these two things.

I made a message in a bottle using my printer, red ribbon, multi colored stones, stickers & a glass bottle I got at Hobby Lobby. (BTW, did you know they charge upwards of $60.00 for these if you order them online?!!)

And I got the best picture of us together & went to the engraving store and got a nice frame engraved with our nicknames. (Ok, I cheated there, but it was only HALF cheating! And it was way cheaper than I thought it would be!)

For Valentines day, I got a giant jar and put stickers all over it, not lovey type stickers but like manly ones & filled it with black Jelly beans (his favorite) that I found at an actual candy store. That only cost about $8.00

If you have a Hobby Lobby near you... hit it. Best store on earth, even if you are not very creative ( like me! ) you can always find something, and what man would turn down candy??
