I would not be using a $20 diaper to wax a car.

And many people, companies and such have added up the costs and compared. Cloth diapers are more affordable overall, period.

I'm not saying don't do dispoables. Gosh, I did them with Aiden, and I think I wouldve gone nuts without them. This time I never wouldve been able to do disposables, besides that I partly EC so it would've been pointless.

But I still don't like it when people put down something they have no experience with.

I wasn't putting down cloth diapers. Just trying to make a point that
Cloth diapers are alot of extra work for a new mom. And you have to
Be careful what laundry detergent you use. Some are irratating to
New borns. Also what do you do if you go on a trip and use all the ones
You have. Hunt a laundry mat up or buy new ones.

Oh, I have 5 children and 5 grandbabies. So I would not consider myself
Not having any experience. FYI: My oldest is 10 yrs older than you and my youngest is 11 yrs younger than you.

You did not post as to whether you had used cloth yourself, so I have no idea wether or not you have experience. That's what I meant, sorry if I wasn't clear.

And like I said, you can use disposable when on a trip, or when you run out of cloth, ect. Its really not that difficult if you really want to do it. If you don't that's fine. And using a "special" detergent is not hard.

Again, Im not sure why my age keeps coming into play. Its getting really annoying and frankly Im getting pissed about people continually pointing it out. Why does my age matter?

Back when my kids were babies you had to have the plastic pants with the elastic in the legs and waist. Or you might as well let them run naked
So no cloth diapers were not used.

And as far as the age thing, I was pointing out I have kids older and younger than you. If you have a problem with your age it is entirely
    self induced on your part.
