College....gah I feel sooo stupid

Well I started college on Tuesday and for the most part it's been going alright, but I'm kinda having problems with the one class that I took to stop my mom from suggesting it lol. It's Intro to Web Design

Anyways, the questions are fairly simple in there, look stuff on a certain website, and answer some questions. No big, right? Well we got a discussion thing on-line for homework since there will be no class next it was out of 7 topics and I chose How the Search Engine Works.
Well I did some research, and put my answer in, and submitted it. I was sooo proud with my answer and thought I did a good job, but now as I go back to read it, I didn't really answer "how" it worked....I mainly answered "what" it is. Thankfully it can be edited and I did fix it, but still....I feel stupid.

Oh and need I mention that on the first day I got STUCK in the elevator. grrrr

Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Don't be afraid or discouraged by the size of the task, for the Lord God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you.

I know the feeling. It seems everytime with out a doubt I make a "very" stupid mistake on a test, paper, homework or whatever. I always have a "duh" moment everytime I get a graded work back. It stinks I know. Sending "good" & better college vibes your way. I, too, started college last week & I am already banding my head against the wall.

well here's the elevator story

My mom and I were going up to the second floor so I could drop a class that I didn't want to do (it didn't start yet). So we got on the elevator closest to the security desk with probably 5 other kids. We were about half way to the second floor (we were originally on the basement floor) when the elevator stopped with a BANG! We waited for a while, but nothing happened. Some guy pushed the phone button on the elevator pannel and a guy from the security desk answered "SCCC Secrurity Desk". We all yelled "we are stuck in the elevator"....there was a pause and then the guy on the phone said "Hello?" lol
Then he hung up. We tried calling back, but the phone was busy.

Then we were slowly pulled down to the ground floor.
I decided not to cancel that class, and I have mapped out the stairs so I don't have to take an elevator to classes
