Question College help? (any vets/vet techs?)

Hi all, I recently spoke to my vet's daughter, who is currently attending the school I'll be going to in September, and she told me that the school is missing one course that I'll need if I do decide to go on and get my doctorate ..
I'll have to take an animal nutrition course.

I haven't been able to contact the school or the pre-med adviser (which is actually this girls dad! Lol) , and I haven't been able to reach this girl either to see what she's done.

I'm wondering if I could take a course online and transfer that along with my other credits? Or should I look for another school? I really don't want to, because the one I've been accepted to is close to home and I know a lot of the faculty and students there.
(plus they have an equestrian team ;D)
