Well I don't really notice it so much now im in uni. But in college it was pretty different.

Im in NZ so don't exactly have black people but we have Maori, which are dark skined...not all of them are but yea.

And ill start by saying I am friends with some histerical maori people. They are great. But in my old town....eh....i must say they didnt give the race a good name really.
My college was 90% maori or somthing like that. There was alot of pointless fighting , many of the classes were filled with very rebelious kids and stuff like that. There is a huge amount of gang association to. It wasnt allowed in school but its obviously there.

My town itself is a nice little place...but yea you gotta wonder sometimes how thigs would pan out if the maori lived in a seperate area ....not trying to be racist...jut wondering somtimes.

I think in many ways the Maori here like to imitate the black 'gansters' of America. They were the baggy jeans, like mentioned they have a belt to hold up there 2 sizes to big pants and it barley does the job , baggy clothes, big jackets and such. There is a big thing with them to be tough its almost turnd into like a cultural belief , which is kinda sad. But heck you get white people that also fall into the same catagory.

I would hate to think im racist. I love other cultures and am facinated by peoples accents.

There are good and bad in all races, all skin colors.
I've never judged someone by their skin.

I don't have that much of a problem though since I am not racist and have dated black people and lots of people seem to like me. Although I have had friends with racial problems around here. Some guys just tell me I am black stuck in a white body I'm not sure how to take that lol but whatever.

Im just curious how do things go around your school or society?

See I am one of the few white people that actually sit at other tables than the "white table" I think its good to be accepting of others colors because honestly I don't care what color you are. What do you guys think about different races?
