Fargo is going to be a mess. I really hope I have time to help volunteer for sandbagging. Nobody deserves to sit back and watch their possessions and homes be ruined by that.

I'll have to take pictures of the snow at the barn tomorrow. The ditches there are level with the road when they're normally around 10-15 feet deep.

Well, good thing you do not have an all white horse.

I love dry snow right up until I get cold, or have to drive. :)

Very pretty pictures.

There is just as much horse sense as ever, but the horses have most of it.

Wow, how long did it take you to put the fence on top of the other fence back in 2011?

Very interesting photos. Makes you wonder what happened in 2012...

As in actually putting it up or how long before we put it up?

It took less than a hour to put up. Step in plastic posts with electric fence tape not electrified. Couldn't put it up until the snow could support our weight.

I would show you a picture of my place in winter, but all it would be would be mud as far as the eye could see (which would not be far, cause of the incredible amounts of thick, drenching rain)

Land of eternal summer, my foot!
