Digital Video Cameras...anyone???

I asked this on another site but nobody responded, so thought I would try here.

I have been seeing these NEW digital video cameras that have Hard Drives in them. No tapes, no discs. They sound really great, however I was wondering if anyone has one of these cameras and if they are user friendly?

These are pretty new to the market, you can find them at Costco, Best Buy and I think Sam's Club.

If anyone has one of these cameras please let me know how you like it. :)

I'm not techno savvy enough to run my digital camera!!!! I have seen those vid cameras and asked a few clerks about them,( best buy. Circut city) the clerks insist that they are easy to use. I'm kinda scared of them but eventually I will have to upgrade. I SWEAR that my vid camera is the huge old ones that use a VHS tape! I won't drag it out in public anymore!!! LOLOL

I have one! They are really great and not having a disc or flash drive makes it really convenient. Mine is a Sony with a touch screen. Itís very user friendly, I didnít even bother with the instruction manual which came on a CD although I would probably learn allot more by reading it. It also came with a slightly annoying but very useful disk on how to improve your videoís. Iím in South Africa so I canít advise you on the best place to buy one...
