It's a pretty good gig. I am a nurse and work at home. Being a nurse is usually a pretty physical job. My health doesn't allow that anymore. I call people on the phone and work on the computer. It's perfect for me.
My daughter is quite ill now. I'm afraid she's going to end up in the hospital...and we don't take her there unless there's something we can't do at home or if we're afraid she's at risk for death. She's using oxygen, way more than she usually needs when ill. It's so nice to be at home and available if necessary AND still be able to work. I'm out of PTO due to all of our health issues so being at home is great.
