    Does anyone work in insurance?

If so, do you have any tips for a new rep?

At my new company it seems pretty straightforward, and we are working with clients that request our services, so there is no fishing for leads or cold calling involved. I really like what I have seen so far with the people, and I really like the policies. I am excited about this new position.

I worked for Farmers for a couple years. It was a fantastic job. I worked my butt off, but loved to help people save money. The agent I worked for was "good ol' boy" from Texas, and was polite and kind. I learned A LOT about insurance, how it worked, what it did, and how many people are so uneducated about what they are paying for.
    Anyway... best of luck!
