Ebay help please

If anyone is familar with ebay here, I need some help. I had my saddle listed, someone bought it buy-it-now. Then they send me a message that it was an accident and they dont' have the money. I already opened a case to cancel the transaction, but now they will not respond to it and I have send 4 messages and they will not respond to those either. I can't open any other complaint until 7 days, but I need to get this saddle sold NOW. I could relist it, but I don't want to get stuck with the $38 final value fee and the listing fees for the "sold" saddle.

There's no way to re-list for free or cancel the winning bid. eBay is kind of stupid like that. I suppose you can always contact their support and see what they can do, but there's nothing on your end (at least that I'm aware of) to help speed up the process.

Make sure you leave the other person negative feedback, when they buy something on eBay it's basically considered a contract and the courts have even ruled in favour of that. :/
