Embarrassing Question...

So I'm starting to learn sitting trot work and I quickly came to the realization that my bras are inadequate. O_o Any recommendations on bras for someone with a bigger chest?

I always wear a sports bra over my regular bra. I'll put one a size smaller on for any high impact things, and I make sure its tight. I call it team lift and tuck.

I feel your pain! I myself have a bit larger bust size and found the sitting trot to be rather uncomfortable in that region when I don't have the bust support I need.

What I do is double up on bras, underneath goes the underwire bra that supports me just fine when not doing strenuous activities. Over top of that goes a fairly snug fitting sports bra that doesn't have any shaping, etc. basically, I strap those gals in! Lol. While two bras may not be the solution for everyone, it works for me.

ETA: SlideStop posted exactly my same solution while I was typing, lol.

Yep, a well fitted 34D underwire first, then a 34 C sports bra over top works mighty well for me!

Depends on how big you are. If you're a lot bigger (for example, I'm a 42G/H, depending on the bra), there's not going to be a lot you *can* do other than get a well-fitted bra or go to a store that does bra fittings and ask their opinions. If you aren't that big, you can do as others suggested and later a sports bra that is a size smaller on top of your normal bra.

Not sure what country you're in, but I *only* buy sports bras from Bras n Things (its an Australian store, not sure if they ship elsewhere?). The one I buy has an underwire and keeps my boobies looking nice and giving amazing support.

I always double up on bras. Most of the time I'll wear 2 sports bras.

I vary between a C and a D cup and I have had good luck with those high impact sports bras that you can find at Wal-mart.
