    Fish Oil Supplement

I've started taking a fish oil supplement and wondered if anyone else takes it. I used to take a garlic supplement until I started smelling like garlic so I stopped. I wondered if the fish oil would over time, give me a fish smell. I don't want to walk around smelling like a can of sardines. I guess I could start on the garlic again, then I might smell like shrimp scampi Just add some lemon juice.

Haha, my mom swears by her fish oil or cod liver oil (she alternates). She takes it every day and swears that it helps her immune system. She's been taking it for years and I never noticed a fish smell so you should be good to go in that department.
