So I played soccer from the ages of 3-9. I was an excellent player, always picked first. My dad was a fantastic soccer player, he got a full ride scholarship to become an engineer. So that's kind of where I get it from. Whenever I played I felt so alive, it's always been my true calling. I had numerous offers to come train at professional colleges, everyone thought I had a bright future in soccer. I did too, until the December I was 9. I had an Appendicitis attack and almost died. My parents couldn't afford rehab for me because the bill was so high($63,000-to this day we're still paying it off). It was so tramatic for me, I had to completely learn everything over-I was that sick. I couldn't run like I used to, or anything. I couldn't even touch my toes for about 3 years, because my back was so messed up. Well, I'm moving to a new school next year and want to start up again. I have already started getting clear on my dietary needs. I've been doing pilates and am planning an exercise routine to get in shape. I'm also going to start training again. I am starting highschool next year, and am a terrific student. I always get good grades, and had a 3.75 GPA for this semester. I want to go to UCLA, to play soccer for them. And if I ever had a chance to go pro. I would, even though it's highly unlikely. I have no idea what I want to major in, though. So basically I'm wondering if you think I could do it? And if UCLA is a good school?
