    Now, that's got to be a lot of editing. How would you have the giant dancing on the building? I mean , it can't be the actual light tubes, string, like are leaving the bicycles. That part has got to be predone and either projected onto the building, or preprogrammed onto some kind of "net" of lightbulbs that are made to turn on and off in the right sequence to make it look like a giant.

    I dunno. Someone techy explain how this is done. It's possible that they are not really looking at a giant figure, but that it's editted in.
