handbag help

I've been carrying this American West purse for 2 years now:

American West "Over the Rainbow" Tooled Leather Fashion Tote ShopNBC.com

It's still in awesome shape and I'll probably carry it again in the winter but I want something fun and summery. I like big purses because I carry a lot of junk. (My nook and water/soda bottles, etc) I'm not a "fashion guru" so I need help. I'm open to suggestions.

I do like these two:

Tommy Hilfiger Handbag, Canvas Tote - Handbags & Accessories - Macy's

Travel Tote - Women's Oil Cloth Travel Tote - Duluth Trading

I do want to look "girlie" if possible...

Help...

Of those two, I like the first one better.

I'm in love with this bag, though!

I don't usually carry a purse, but I would use that Relic bag as a diaper bag. Hmmmm...might have to order me one.

I love the, "I want it to look girly if possible"..haha. I like your "old" one best. I can only open the second of the "candidates" links...but that one doesn't look girlie to me, it looks more...I don't know, "relaxed, homey" or something.

Something that fits "biggish" and that looks more girlie to me would be something along the lines of:

Franco Sarto Handbag, Jolie Leather Hobo - Handbags & Accessories - Macy's

You know...something with w a few unnecessary but interesting doo-dads on it.

But, then...I don't carry a large purse - that way I am not asked to carry stuff in my purse for anyone. :) And, mine is plain saddle leather. What do I know?

Do you have access to the Coach Factory Outlet online? They have some really good deals on some really nice purses on there. Create New Customer Account

I also know some direct sales companies that had some nice bags as well.

I have one of the coach sales in my mail box right now... I'll look at those.

What about this one?

Oh, that one is particularly nice. It will channel your feminine side and it also looks sturdy - it really should last you a lifetime.

I've been drooling over the lifetime leather tote from Duluth for about a year. If you want to make an old friend extremely jealous, that's the one you should get. If you want to spend more $$ check out these that a local Kansas couple makes and sells. She would make you anything/size you wanted.

Oops looks like someone already beat me too it. The Wrango Chap bags are made by Shannon Wrango, Kansas Saddlery.
