Hard to believe

I just found out that one of my friends committed suicide by hanging herself.

Oh, sweetie, I'm so sorry. (((((HUGS)))))

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog: http://robertsontraining.blogspot.com/

Thanks, I just can't believe she's gone. I mean, you here about people killing themselves and how it affects the people close to them all the time, but you don't think it can happen to you, and then it does.

I'm sorry. That's a really rough situation to be in and it can feel sort of surreal.
If it starts to really bring you down, I would recommend a few sessions with a grief counselor to get your feelings out and organized.

Sending positive thoughts your way.

Sending positive thoughts your way. Its definitely an eye opener. Had a friend who got shot and killed in the Santana High school shooting after Columbine. It was definitely a reality check. *Hugs* I definitely agree that you should go see a counselor, even if you don't really feel seriously down, it will definitely help you.

I am very, very sorry.

Last March, my good friend's little brother hung himself. It's a very surreal feeling when something like this happens. You are more than welcome to PM me if you feel like you need to talk about it.
