Has anyone ever damaged their long plantar ligament?

I tore some ligaments in my ankle a couple of weeks ago. They are much better and I can walk without a wrap now.

But my long plantar ligament hurts really bad. I cannot even push off with the ball of my foot when walking because of the pain. And when I stretch out my little toe, pain shoots up the side of my foot. Could I have pulled that ligament as well? Has anyone had a problem like this before? What happened? And what did you do?

At this rate I'm not going to get to ride till winter!
