so we finished our second day here. we walked all over the place and did some shopping. most notable to me , and something I'll treasure for ever, is wehn I sat for a street artist to do my portrait, (having noticed he was Much more skilled than any other artist I'd seen) and he ended up refusing payment from me . He said he enjoyed our concersation SO much, and that I appreciated his skill as an artist, that he wanted to give it to me. I was utterly blown away . He simply refused payment. so, I gave him a big hug and told him that I would bring him a gift on Monday , when he would be there again. made a huge impression on me. , and the likeness was amazig! I will post a photo of it when I can.
