Help, pimple

I never get acne, I can count on one hand the number of pimples I have ever got on my face. A few days ago I had a small bump come up and I figured it would turn into a zit. Now its this huge sore bump. It hurts like the Dickens. I put a warm rag on it for a while last night to try and bring it up, then I sqeuuzed it and got a tiny bit of gunk out. But it feels like a rock under the skin. I got a little more out this morn, but its still hard. This thing has got to go away! Any suggestions on getting rid of this thing?

A good skin care professional would say don't squeeze it, however since your on that path I'm afraid to tell you that you're going to have to squeeze that thing until your get the hard lump out. Hot cloth it again and squeeze it (your eyes will be watering!) then once you've got the centre of that zit out, cleanse your face and apply some tea tree oil or polysporin to it;)

If you don't have to leave the house, leave it until its really ready;)

I hojeslty think the part that feels hard is too big to come out of a little pimple hole. I'm going to quit messing with it and put some ice on it. Hopefully the size will go down before I have to leave. It looks awfull, and worse so because I don't get pimples lol. I'm not used to having spots on my face!

Gee your lucky not to get them! I would hardly say I've been plagued with acne, but I do have very sensitive skin and it flares up pretty fast when the dreaded 'can feel it but not see it' giant pimple starts forming under the skin!! I use witch hazel on my skin after I cleanse, really helps settle it down;)

Doesn't sound like a pimple so much as a cyst under the skin.

Cyst? Hmmm, I'm going to have to google that lol. Maybe I should stop trying to sqeuuze it after all.

Would it be to gross or over the top for me to post a pic of it? It seems like the whole side of my face is swollen and sore from it.. it looks like I have a small wad of chew lol.

Its probably just a deep pimple, especially if you were able to squeeze some stuff out of it. I never touch those, just put acne meds on them and wait for them to go away.
ponypile and smrobs like this.
